For example, a commission received by the Abafim agency: €24,000 incl. VAT: the % calculations are based on €20,000 net before tax.
On a completed deal, Abafim advisors will share up to 63% if fully sold.
If micro-entrepreneur status:
23.70% (22% social contributions and, if possible, 1.70% flat-rate income tax) = €1,941, so 8,190 – 1,941 =
€6,249 net of taxes and contributions
If ACCRE support: social contributions and taxes below 23.7% for 3 years.
• Social contribution rates are reduced and set at 22%, plus 1.7% if opting for the flat-rate income tax, totaling 23.7%;
